Reservation Hostess

Byblos is the new talk-of-the-town restaurant, blossoming in a wonderful garden of Mykonos Chora. In search for a motivated and experienced Reservation Hostess to join our Restaurant team.

Basic knowledge requirements & skills:

• College/University Diploma/Degree
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, a second or third language will be considered a plus.
• Experience of at least 3 years in similar position
• Good communications and organisational skills
• Team working spirit
• Excellent computer skills

Duties:

• Welcome guests and escort them to the tables
• Professionally handle any guest request or complaint, always with a positive and professional attitude
• Manage the flow of guests into the Dining, Bar and waiting areas
• Run the floor plan board, check with Manager-on-Duty for any changes on the floor.
• Make sure you are aware of any menu changes and ab to answer any menu questions.
