As our team is constantly growing in Greece, we are seeking for a talented Reservations Agent for the opening of Isla Brown Chania Resort in Chania, Crete, who will fit the following description:

Reservations Agent

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations, preferably in resorts
• Multi property reservations management experience will be considered a strong asset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multitude of tasks and set priorities, accuracy in guest reservations
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Greek language
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, PMS systems. IDS/OTA’s extranet usage is a considered a plus.
• Ability to generate revenue by all means available offering professional and friendly services.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and under own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-player, guest-oriented, enthusiastic, dynamic personality, creative and innovative.
