We are looking for a talented

Reservations Agent

to join the Front Office team at the luxurious Kouros Hotel & Suites in Mykonos & Athens.

He/she will be the hotel’s forefront of pre arrival and after departure customer service, providing guest services that are above and beyond personalized service for customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualification &Skills:

• Degree in Business/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Tourism Studies
• 2  years minimum experience in a similar position
• Fluency in both English and Greek
• Excellent English writing skills
• Knowledge of Hotel Computer Systems, Protel PMS
• Knowledge of OTA's extranets
• Online Yielding experience, setting revenue goals and creating revenue
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers
• Excellent customer care skills
• Dealing with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner
