Brown Hotels Collection is developing around the world, launching a collection of brand-new urban & resort hotels in desirable destinations in Israel (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Eilat), Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Corinthia, Sounio), Cyprus, Germany, the UK, and more.

As our team is constantly growing in Greece, we are seeking for a talented Reservations Agent who will fit the following description:

Reservations Agent Evia

(Ref: RAEV)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations, in city hotels & resorts.
• Multi property reservations management experience will be considered a strong asset.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, PMS systems. IDS/OTA’s extranet usage is considered a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Greek language.
• Ability to handle multitude of tasks and set priorities.
• Accuracy in handling reservation requests by phone/e-mail in a timely and professional manner.
• Create, update & maintain reservation records promptly in accordance with booking confirmations.
• Contribution to grow revenue being knowledgeable in the comprehensive description of the rooms, facilities and on-going packages/offers, being able to upsell products/services following the relative policies.
• Efficient coordination with the hotels’ Front Office Team & our Company’s departments.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and under own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-player, guest-oriented, self-motivated, dynamic personality, creative and innovative.
