Girvalia Hospitality is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic

Reservations Agent

for their new project Avant Mar in Paros.

Responsibilities

• Respond timely and in an informative manner to all booking requests arriving by mail, telephone, web booking systems or any other means
• Respond to sales inquiries to develop
• Maintain reservation records, update room availability on the PMS database, process any modifications or cancellations and communicate with team members as appropriate
• Be aware of all room rates, packages, discounts, special offers and other available benefits

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism
• Previous work experience 
• Excellent command of written and oral Greek and English language.Knowledge of second language (preferably French) will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Opera will be considered an asset.
• Negotiating skills with agents, partners, vendors and guests
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Budget and numbers oriented
• Planning and problem-solving skills
