Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent responds promptly to guests’ requests, travel agencies or other networks related to hotel bookings, and received via email, phone or through the central reservation system.

The Reservations Agent reports directly to the Reservations Manager.

Job-related skills:

• Computer literacy
• Previous employment in a similar position is desirable
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations 
• Team spirit
• Taking initiative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge and use of English (A second foreign language will be considered an asset)
