Founded and run by ambitious, highly-skilled travel experts, the company has managed to become a leading player in the Mykonos Villa hospitality market with a rich portfolio of more than eighty-five properties.

The Pearls Collection is now under the process of expanding to two of the most popular luxury destinations worldwide: Saint Tropez and Ibiza.

We are looking for a Reservations Executive to join our customer service team in Athens & Mykonos!

About the Role:

  • Tracking all reservations picked up from all on-line channels like hotel websites, OTA, GDS, and other third parties.
  • Handling external systems like channel Manager, Web booking engines, Rate comparison tools, Online Travel Agents extranets, etc.
  • Handling guest needs, inquiries, and requests.
  • Processing inquiries over phone and website.
  • Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or email.
  • Answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge and specialization in handling OTA’s like Booking, Expedia, Airbnb and more.
  • Hospitality degree or diploma.
  • Previous Experience in a 4* or 5* boutique hotel environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and verbal.
  • Knowledge of any other language will be consider an asset.
  • Knowledge of booking software.
  • Previous experience in CRM (Customer Relation Management) programs.
  • Ability to maintain and build relationships with agents, domestic and international.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Great levels of customer service.
  • Ability to travel if needed.
