Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring employees to ensure performance expectations are met
• Assists in supervising daily shift operations
• Participating in department meetings
• Performing all duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary
• Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
• Handling guest’s issues and complaints
• Supervising on-going training initiatives
• Coaching employees regarding performance on an on-going basis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
• At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience
• Familiar with restaurant management software (POS)
• Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Motivating, training and developing skills
• Customer oriented approach
• Target oriented
• Excellent command of English language. Additional knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered as an asset (preferably Italian, French, German or Russian)
• Wine and spirits knowledge
