Avant Mar by Grivalia Hospitality is hiring for their new project in Paros
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring employees to ensure performance expectations are met
- Assists in supervising daily shift operations
- Participating in department meetings
- Performing all duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary
- Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
- Handling guest’s issues and complaints
- Supervising on-going training initiatives
- Coaching employees regarding performance on an on-going basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
- At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- Familiar with restaurant management software (POS)
- Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivating, training and developing skills
- Customer oriented approach
- Target oriented
- Excellent command of English language. Additional knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered as an asset (preferably Italian, French, German or Russian)
- Wine and spirits knowledge
