Responsibilities:

• Welcome, take care and provide friendly personal service to all guests, from arrival to departure, according to company's service standards
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Provide customer information about menu items and beverages
• Knowledge of the F&B procedures
• Promote a good spirit of cooperation with the bar-restaurants, the kitchen and all other hotel departments to ensure that the quality of the service meets and exceeds the standards
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• 2 years working experience in a relevant position in 5* hotel environment
• Diploma/degree in related area
• Excellent knowledge of English language (a second language will be considered as a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and ability to demonstrate passion and to transmit exquisite service standards to guests
• Team spirit and customers-oriented approach
