The Rooms Division Manager is responsible to manage and supervise the front desk, Guest Services as well as the housekeeping departments of the hotel. Furthermore, is responsible to maximize occupancy, manages rates and revenues, and guide, train and develop the departments’ employees. Strives to improve guest satisfaction, following the operational standards, focusing on company’s goals.
The Rooms Division Manager reports directly to the Hotel Manager and the director of Sales.
Job-related skills:
- Tourism or corresponding school degree
- Proven experience in similar position
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Customer-oriented approach and exceptional communication skills
- Advanced organising skills
- Taking initiative and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy, advanced skills required
- Excellent knowledge of English language (German or Russian language knowledge will be considered an asset)
