Apiron is now in a process of continuous growth, enjoying healthy sales, increasing its human resources and becoming a trusted, strategic partner for clients in Europe.
As we are growing stronger, we are looking to hire a SEM & SEO Specialist to be part of our Marketing Team.
The person filling the position of SEM & SEO Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing SEM campaigns according to an agreed strategy as well as suggesting, creating, implementing and evaluating SEO on both an on-site and off-site level. He/she will be a part of the Marketing Team and hence work closely with upper management to identify and suggest strategic ways that will contribute to the objectives of the company. He/she will work closely with copywriters and strategists right under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing, measuring, and analyzing campaigns (paid search/GDN) to maximize campaign ROI
  • Estimate and analyze the quality of the PPC ads based on key parameters
  • Analysis and reporting on the quality of landing pages, keywords and providing solutions for improvement of conversion rates and ROI • Preparing detailed strategy reports
  • Researching and analyzing industry changes and competitor advertising activities
  • Measure performance through web analytics tools • Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO position for target keywords
  • Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
  • Developing and implementing link building strategy

Qualifications:

  • MA Degree in Digital Marketing (preferred), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (candidates with BA degrees may be considered based on their work experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
  • Advance knowledge and experience in using Google AdWords tool (candidates will be tested on basic and advance campaign set-ups)
  • Advance knowledge and experience Google Analytics reporting tool
  • Knowledge and ability to craft effective paid search ad campaigns
  • Previous experience in creating, executing, measuring and reporting on the PPC campaigns results. Preferably in the Fashion Industry (Watches and Jewelry field is an advantage)
  • Ability to quickly convert key result insights into new PPC ads/campaign solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends/developments and best practices
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following languages would be considered an advantage: Serbian, Polish, Czech
