Join our family at Amanzoe as a SPA Receptionist. You will organize and assist the team of our Amanzoe awarded Spa to continue achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction. The incumbent will have a good understanding of the Amanzoe Spa services and the guests’ needs and expectations.
The main job duties include to possess comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by Amanzoe Spa and to coordinate guest needs and preferences with our spa colleagues to ensure high quality services.
Desired Skills and Experience:
As a Spa Receptionist you would preferably have a degree in Fitness-Health & Wellness or Tourism Management & you will likely already possess at least 1 or 2 years’ experience in a 5 star luxury Spa environment. Reception/customer service background would be also preferable. Fluency in English is considered mandatory. Knowledge of Afrodite Spa-Salon-Fitness software and PC literacy is essential, as well as the ability of multitasking. Other language capabilities are desirable, but not essential.
This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
