Sales & Order Administrator
Job Description
- Processes sales orders in ERP system
- Ensures data accuracy with products, dates, sold to/ship to locations, quantities, and pricing
- Communicates with customers daily regarding stock availability and delivery dates
- Closes collaboration with Sales teams
- Issues of sales & service Invoices, commercial invoices, credit/debit notes
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics will be considered as a plus
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent use of the English (written & oral)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure and set priorities effectively
