Sales Developer

Job Description:

  • Handles and monitors the current sales network and identifies business development opportunities,
  • Identifies emerging/ new markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status,
  • Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting key customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs,
  • Sets goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision,
  • Organizes workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks,
  • Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field,
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales leading position,
  • Fluency (oral and written) in English language,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (proficient in excel),
  • Capability to travel abroad,
  • Organizational skills, excellent communication,
  • Goal driven,
  • Inherent “can do” attitude
