In MAS S.A. we are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer, who has a grown sales network of shipping companies, to join our team in Athens Greece. Preferred candidates will be an integral part of a successful sales team and will carry out a customer focused business development and service oriented targeted role, in shipping industry. This unique role is offering an excellent opportunity to grow within MAS S.A. in company’s central headquarters in Athens Greece.
The suitable candidate will:
- Identify, implement and follow up the sales activities, which are necessary in order to achieve given targets and goals.
- Develop our existing customer network while looking for new customers. Understand business needs while promoting our products, solutions and services.
- Secure profitable growth.
- Have the ability to interpret and realize market opportunities.
- Assigned direct sales to shipping industry companies, while aiming for growth, in alignment with company’s strategies.
- Be able to negotiate and closing of business. Participate in customers events.
- Follow up in line with pricing policy and strategy of the company.
The suitable candidate must:
- Be a Sales Engineer with proven background in the area of sale of components / systems and services.
- Have academic degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Naval).
- Be a proactive and structured business approach person, results oriented and motivated to a high-level market presence.
- Be driven by ambition, with good interpersonal and communication skills, team player while feeling comfortable to work in synergy with other internal departments, problem solving ability.
- Spent at least 70% of time in customer visit and external activities.
- Have excellent knowledge of English language, pc literacy, proactive thinking, advanced knowledge of the market.
