- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Experience as a PR or Customer Services villa rental company.
- Excellent command of English in high level.
- Excellent knowledge of a second foreign language it is required.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer –oriented.
- Excellent MS Office-Computer skills.
- Negotiation and excellent Communication Skills.
- Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiating skills with agents, partners, vendors and clients
- Identifying and sending offers to potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries and booking requests. Maintain communication with clients via email or phone
- Handle complex information gathering and effectively arrange, promote, and sell our products. Ability to up-sell and cross-sell
- Minimum experience of 3 years
