Sales Executive

Opportunity to work for a luxury property development company, looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join their expanding team targeting local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillful negotiator and presenter with clear passion to win client instructions
  • Preparing and developing content for sales presentations or other materials
  • Posting new inventory across platforms
  • Build and maintain existing and prospective client relationships
  • Develop new business through different marketing initiatives and network
  • Maintain databases to track prospects and business opportunities
  • Keep listings updated and tracking availability changes
  • Ensure all content for website use is accurate before uploading
  • Prepare key market insight reports for senior management review

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of working experience in the area of Real Estate Sales
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with ambitious and dynamic sales attitude
  • Team player, ability to adjust in a fast paced working environment
  • Self-motivated person, with analytical thinking
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
  • Fluency in English - additional languages a plus
