Sales Key Account Manager (Air Conditioning Division)

Our team is continuing to expand and we are actively looking for a skilled and dynamic Sales Key Account Manager to join Tournikiotis Group.
The Sales Key Account Manager will be responsible for handling major accounts of the company while managing the sales of residential and commercial AC units of reputable AC brands such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, TCL and Nitto Electric.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the Key Account Manager include:
- sales development of company's brand portfolio for the RAC and PAC categories at the below main distribution channels:
- electric and electronic retail outlets
- specialized HVAC network
- managing relationships between major key clients and the company and further development of company's key clientele
- active monitoring of competition and the AC market’s trends
- planning and implementation of annual and monthly sales plan & profitability per client, in collaboration with the direct supervisor
- creation of regular sales reports & customers meetings reports to the management of the company
- participation in formulation of the commercial policy
- participation in monthly sales meetings, corporate events and air conditioning exhibitions
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the air conditioning industry. Desired previous experience of AC sales in electric and electronic retail outlets & buying groups
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent computer skills and use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Possibility of business trips and overnight stays away from home
- Dynamic individual, extrovert personality with developed communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in environments with intense competition
- Results oriented and goals driven
- Ability to solve problems and explore alternative options and solutions
