Sales Representative with Turkish - Live Chat

Introduction:

We are a large and fast growing company that is looking for the next Turkish Speaking Sales Representative Agent. We are seeking professional, competitive, self-motivated, results - driven sales representatives, who are hungry for a large income potential and a successful career.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Customer Services team, you will be responding to live support requests from customers, as well as responding to all their inquiries. You will also be promoting sales, marketing and current promotion offers, through live support. Moreover, by providing intelligent communication, you will ensure the customer satisfaction and strengthen the customer's respect for our company.

Requirements:

• Highly-motivated and target-driven personality, with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Turkish / Turkish as the mother tongue is an advantage
• Experienced in call center and / or customer service 
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours (weekend, shift, etc.)
