Sales Support Administrator - Athens

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational
company, leader in travel and events management,

is searching for a

Sales Support Administrator

 who will be responsible for administrative duties and assisting
the sales department in managing customer accounts.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manages customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems
  • Reviews pending items and customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Works with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Keeps up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
  • Provides assistance in developing, implementing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborates with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyzes and reports on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conducts market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Provides assistance in developing and creating marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Performs data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintains an organized and accessible filing system
  • Handles administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams

Candidate Profile:

  • 0-2 years of experience in commercial/sales/marketing support roles in the service sector
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work is desired
  • Proficiency in the English Language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Experience with Social Media (LinkedIn) will be an asset
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail

Remuneration Package:

  • Gross monthly salary
