Position Summary

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing our ever-increasing clientele and supervising the subordinate team. Responsibilities include the supervision and coordination of several operational and administrative functions of the sales department in support of the Sales Director. The position also entails an active involvement in all necessary actions to maximize the sales conversion rate such as approaching and communicating with clients, answering their questions, negotiating agreements, and above all determining their needs and keeping them satisfied. Your role in FlexCar’s vision is to ensure that we offer our clients an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals
  • Supervise members of the sales team, assist junior staff and in training newcomers
  • Delegate sales-related tasks and set deadlines for the whole team
  • Mentor and coach members in meeting sales targets and ensuring that our customers are served perfectly
  • Understand the business model in order to grow the existing customer base and meet monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of sales processes and day-to-day operations in support of the Sales Director

Your profile

  • 3-4 years of sales experience either in services or products
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders within a startup environment
  • Passion for closing deals, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude
  • Customer-first mindset and proven ability to commit to your work
  • Love for a varied day with a mix of communications, organization, and customer touchpoints
  • Can act independently, solve problems by yourself and enjoy going the extra mile to make sure our customers are served perfectly
  • BSc/BA and/or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Economics from a top tier university in Greece or abroad
  • Excellent command of the Greek/ English language (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy Considered as a plus
  • Understanding of the mobility space
