Responsibilities:

Your everyday things to do as a Senior Security Engineer will be:

• Daily operations, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, support of security systems
• Design, build, test, implement and maintain security services
• Meet assignment's deadlines; by following procedures and policies, applying data and resources to support projects
• Interaction with customers to provide technical support, setup assistance, and technical coverage
• Work with large projects, as a key member of the engineering team and as the leader of the security sub-team, both for design and for installation and commissioning
• Provide feedback to the team regarding customer requirements and required changes
• Manage projects and program components and deliver services in a reliable, timely manner

Requirements:

In order for your profile to match the Senior Security Engineer position you need to have the following skills:

• 8+ years of working experience in security software
• Excellent understanding in security measures and on Cisco security technologies: Firepower NGFW & NGIDS, FMC, ISE, IOS firewall / ZBFW, WSA & ESA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant
• Good understanding of Routing and Switching topologies, understanding of basic concepts like FHRP, routing protocols, VPN mechanisms (DMVPN, FlexVPN, GETVPN)
• Information Security certifications such as: Cisco CCNP Security or CCIE Security
• Excellent use of Greek and English language, both orally and written
• Team spirit
