- Responsible for offering guests of the restaurant/bar/rooftop an enjoyable beverage/dining experience.
- Must be comfortable discussing food, spirits and wine choices with guests in detail.
- Make suggestions based on their preferences / allergies / upsell techniques.
- Responsible for setting up tables, serving food, preparing beverage to guests, clearing/cleaning all Food and Beverage areas.
- Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position.
- Knowledge in coffee and cocktails.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and customer – oriented, eager to learn and be part of a growing team.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Detail-oriented, passionate and focused on providing high-quality results.
- Fluency in Greek & English. Additional languages would be considered a plus.
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule is a must.
- Computer literacy.
