Under the direction of the Front Office Management team, the incumbent will assist to provide excellent customer service and reassure the achievement of the highest quality standards.

You will need to be a customer driven and an extremely proactive leader, with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
Desired Skills and Experience:
You will need to have a Hospitality Degree from a certified school in Greece or abroad. You will likely already possess experience of at least 2 years in a supervisory role within Front Office, in a 5* hotel. You will also already hold excellent working knowledge in Opera PMS or Fidelio, as well as MS Office. Excellent written and verbal Greek and English communication skills are required, while knowledge of an additional language is vital (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, other). Strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
