Responsibilities:
- Customer support remotely and onsite
- Understanding of customer’s business needs
- First setup of customers environment and troubleshooting
- Monitoring of system’s healthiness and usage statics
- Stand by support
Required skills:
- Understanding of web technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTPS/SSL, SMTP, DNS etc. -
- Linux, Windows Server Administration Fundamentals - 2+ years of proven experience
- Administration of MySQL/SQL Express
