Main responsibilities and Tasks
As a solution tester you will be responsible for the quality assurance of a complete solution around automated fare collection systems. This solution comprises of several entities on the cloud (for ticketing, telematics, scheduling), several B2B clients (POS, Bus driver app, conductor/inspector apps), as well as of end customer apps (web & mobile).
Your role will involve the setup of the entire environment as a full replica of the customer's environment and the execution of e-2-e manual tests. You shall be able to keep track of the test cases, to prioritize issues found and to communicate/escalate them to the right teams/stakeholders for their timely resolution.
Finally, the need may arise occasionally for on-site customer support & troubleshooting.
