The best, integrated resort of the Adriatic coast is seeking

Sous Chef, Cook A, Pastry cook A, Cook B

The culinary operation of Maestral Resort & Casino serves four restaurants, room Service, banquets and casino. We are looking for enthousiastic, dynamic persons who are looking to join a mulitcultural team in a year round operation and want to expand their horizons.

All positions are full time. The package includes salary, accomodation and travel arrangements.

The ideal candidates’ profile include;

Sous Chef:

  • Culinary school degree or related
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in similar position within a Hotel establishement.
  • Proven record of career advancement within 4 or 5-star hotel establishments.
  • Experience in working with large kitchen brigades (over 60 pax).
  • Foreign language skills, written and verbal communication in English is a must. IT uderstanding.
  • Organizationnal skills, team player

Cook A & Pastry cook A:

  • Culinary school degree or related
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in similar position preferably within a Hotel establishement.
  • Proven record of career advancement within 4 or 5-star establishments.
  • Written and verbal communication in English.

Cook B:

  • Culinary school degree or related
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in similar position preferably within a Hotel establishement.
  • Proven record of career advancement within 4 or 5-star establishments.
  • Written and verbal communication in English.
