Spa Receptionist

• Conducting Spa Tours
• At the Spa Reception providing consultation and recommendations to Guests. Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations
• Keep documentation and maintain clients files
• Perform administrative work, bookings, collection and input customer information in the system.

• Previous experience in spa sales, spa reception or hotel guest relations with a proven track record in driving sales preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Self- motivated and able to work independently to develop spa sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English and Russian is essential, other languages will be an advantage
• A spa therapist/beautician with above qualifications will be an advantage
• Extravert personality that thrives interacting with people.
• User level computer skills, knowledge of excel and word is essential, a good use of social media and able to work with the internet.
