Spa Sales Manager


Brown Hotels Collection is developing around the world, launching a collection of brand-new urban & resort hotels in desirable destinations in Israel (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Eilat), Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Corinthia, Sounio), Cyprus, Germany, the UK, and more.

As our team is constantly growing in Greece, we are seeking for talented Spa Sales Manager who will fit the following description:

Spa Sales Manager



  • Develop sales & marketing promotions for spa/wellness services in the wellness market segments (in-house guests and external) for both resort & urban hotels.
  • Effectively communicates to all hotel departments regarding wellness schedules and details pertinent to the effective execution of wellness.
  • Responsible for development tactical sales plans to the wellness market segment to support overall system-wide plans, strategies.
  • Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel by clients. As well as presentations to Travel Agents that focus on wellness vacations for their clients.
  • Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the clients and develop professional long-term business relationships.
  • Able to support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • In addition to wellness transient and package guests; organizes and sets up yearly wellness retreats and lecture series.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Hotel teams, to ensure that the hotel meet the financial needs of the spa/wellness service.
  • Manage spa guests’ challenges, communications, and track participation, as needed.
  • Gathers data for quotes and prepares quote request submissions; completes application for new business submissions.
  • Leadership oversight for client objectives and head the delivery of final product & financial oversight for the clients by way of reviewing, marketing, and working closely with the clients on new business and renewals as needed, processes and reviews plan amendments.


  • Degree on Business Administration or Wellness.
  • Proven record of accomplishment on sales on relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in the wellness and/or luxury hotel industry in a client-facing function.
  • Availability for traveling and staying in Resorts for 35% of the time, including weekends
  • Must be skilled in Windows, have presentation and sales skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
  • Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Building relationships with all stakeholders (finance, hotels, marketing & sales team)
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Capable of independent decision-making
