Spa Supervisor

Qualifications

• High standards in customer care and hygiene with previous proven working experience in Luxury Hotel spas.
• Responsibility for all aspects of the Spa including Operation, Quality of Services, Staff and Financial Performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Spa ensuring smooth operation, and the achievement of high standards and customer experience.
• Maximise Spa Revenue
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills are essential.
• Be prepared to promote the services of the spa within the Resort
• Qualified in multiple functions (massages, facials, nail techniques, beauty techniques) will be preferred.
• Fluent English and additional language Greek or German will be considered as advantage.
