Stewarding Supervisor
for their new project in Santorini.
Job requirements:
- Carry out storeroom and kitchen inspections to make sure that they are clean and in good order
- Keep inventory of the food supplies and ensures that at any given time there are enough supplies to facilitate smooth running of the services
- Supervise of all incoming orders and ensures that all purchases which are needed are delivered in the quantities that are required
- Coordinating all the work of kitchen and storeroom staff that are not responsible for the cooking of food
- Discuss with the manager, catering or the executive chef, when dealing with matters concerning banquet arrangements, food service, extra employees and the equipment needed.
Job related skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Excellent command of English language
- Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs
- Flexible to working hours subject to the demands of the business
- Able to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment
- Excellent culinary catering talent
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- A team player with good communication skills
