YES! Hotels Group is currently recruiting for a young and enthusiastic

Stewarding Supervisor
for their new project in Santorini.

Job requirements:

• Carry out storeroom and kitchen inspections to make sure that they are clean and in good order
• Keep inventory of the food supplies and ensures that at any given time there are enough supplies to facilitate smooth running of the services
• Supervise of all incoming orders and ensures that all purchases which are needed are delivered in the quantities that are required
• Coordinating all the work of kitchen and storeroom staff that are not responsible for the cooking of food
• Discuss with the manager, catering or the executive chef, when dealing with matters concerning banquet arrangements, food service, extra employees and the equipment needed.

Job related skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
• Excellent command of English language
• Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs
• Flexible to working hours subject to the demands of the business
• Able to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment
• Excellent culinary catering talent
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• A team player with good communication skills
