Buddha Bar Beach Santorini, with its roots from the Buddha Bar Worldwide chain and partners in Paris, London, Dubai and other countries across the World, is operating on Santorini since May 2017. Buddha Bar Beach Santorini is an all-day Bar Restaurant, which also hosts wedding ceremonies and Special Event for guests who wish to live an unforgettable experience in the most professional way.

Position summary:

The candidates should be maintain an excellent working environment, applying the Company’s service standards and following the instructions given by the Department Head. They should be able to prepare all kind of Sushi and personally attend a rich flavored menu.

Position requirements:

• Experience in Sushi in a Luxurious Hotel or Restaurant is mandatory
• Good knowledge of HACCP
• Culinary Studies
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about thejob
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to work under pressure with team workingpersonality
• Attentiveness and patience forcustomers
• Excellent presentationskills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast- pacedenvironment
