Requirements

• 3 years experience in Japanese restaurant
• Experience and skills in fish and roll making
• Experience in practise of HACCP
• Positive and easy going character
• Retain excellent cooperation with the rest departments of the kitchen
• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
