Requirements
- 3 years experience in Japanese restaurant
- Experience and skills in fish and roll making
- Experience in practise of HACCP
- Positive and easy going character
- Retain excellent cooperation with the rest departments of the kitchen
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
