• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge and skills on preparing fish and making maki
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multi-task operation
• Flexible work shifts / schedule
• Time management understanding
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Team spirit
