Location: Greek Islands, Mykonos & Santorini

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate should be responsible of the daily operations and report directly to the Executive Chef Buddha Bar. He will have to apply the company’s standards, control and check the incoming supplies, apply the health and safety measures according to the Greek law, be responsible for the menu preparations and the quality of the food provided. He should motivate and inspire his colleagues.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience as Sushi Cook
  • Good Knowledge both Pacific Rim cuisine will be considered as an asset
  • Prepare menu items and necessary ingredients according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests and presentations
  • Follow all prescribed portioning controls and maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Age up to 35
  • Good Command of the English language and Greek Language
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with team working personality
