We are looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated Talent Acquisition & HR Ops Specialist who wants to move his/her career forward. As a Talent Acquisition & HR Ops Specialist, you will perform awide range of human resources functions. Meet the team

As a Talent Acquisition & HR Ops Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources team. We work every day to improve and learn, while we have committed to continuous training and personal development of each member of the team.As our people are our greatest asset, we’ve got to have strong people who are passionate about what they do.

What is the challenge?

  • Design and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire talents
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast and understand hiring needs, skills and knowledge necessary for each role and determine selection criteria
  • Educate and influence Hiring Leaders on candidate skills, recruiting and interviewing processes and market conditions
  • Lead Employer Branding activities and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Handle Talent Acquisition and full cycle recruitment process
  • Oversee and strategically improve overall candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  • Manage external partnerships with universities, job boards and HR software vendors
  • Measure key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to hire) and leverage data to facilitate hiring decisions
  • Organize and participate to recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
  • Review and update job descriptions
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks of the HR Operations
  • Organize, maintain, and update employee records (physical and digital)
  • Update internal databases in a timely manner
  • Prepare and file HR Documents (e.g., employment contracts) in physical and digital form
  • Reply to employees’ queries about HR operations-related issues
  • Communicate with public services when necessary

To be successful in this role, your experience should include

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition and people ops
  • Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered as an asset
  • An understanding of massive recruitment procedures
  • Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking with strong writing skills
  • Ability to learn new markets to identify appropriate talent
  • Experience building and maintaining candidate networks through market research and on-going relationship management
