Under the direction of the Front Office Management Team, the incumbent will assist in providing customer focused service to our guests and suppliers, preparing all daily reports and guests arrival correspondence together with handling several other administrative tasks.

You will need to be a customer driven and an extremely proactive personality, with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.

This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will likely already possess experience of at least 2 years in a respective position, preferably in a 5* hotel. A Hospitality Degree from a certified school in Greece or abroad would be considered an asset. You will also already hold excellent working knowledge in Opera PMS or Fidelio, as well as MS Office. Excellent written and verbal Greek and English communication skills are required. Knowledge of an additional language is preferable (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, other). Strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
