Trainees for Kitchen

Position requirements

• 2+ years experience in similar position in a 5* or luxury/boutique hotel
• Degree in Hospitality / Institute of Culinary Arts
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork spirit
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities

• Deliver with excellence breakfast menu, lunch & room service menu, à la carte menu, night menu.
• Manage all department operations.
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Ensure excellent response to guests needs.
• Follow operational protocols.
• Abide by affiliation standards.
• Build up full knowledge of hotel facilities & services.
