Transfer Services Coordinator

In this context, a Transfer Service Co- Ordinator fulfills a very responsible and vital job role in our Organization, as always remains an ambassador for the brand and contributes to guests’ satisfaction.

duties and responsibilities, such as:

• Monitor and supervise the movement of vehicles, consumption and lubricants
• Plan/schedule daily vehicles transfer arrangements
• Responsible for the proper handling, cleanliness, fueling and maintenance of vehicles
• Meet and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner as per corporate standards
• Follow the rules and protocols precisely, according to LQA standards
• Report any injuries, accidents, unsafe working conditions (if any)
• Organize/supervise of controls and procedures for passengers’ safe delivery/receipts/vouchers
• Issue of lists regarding vehicles’ availability for routing
• Contribute to the promotion of Katikies Club services to Guests

Requirements:

• Fluency in English language – extra knowledge will be taken under serious consideration.
• Experience in requested position
• Driving license
