Waiter-Waitress/ Assistant Waiter-Waitress

Byblos is the new talk-of-the-town restaurant, blossoming in a wonderful garden of Mykonos Chora. In search for a motivated and experienced Waiter-Waitress to join our Restaurant team.

Basic knowledge requirements & skills:

• Experience of at least 3 years in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, a second or third language will be considered a plus.
• Good communications and organisational skills
• Team working spirit
• Experience in handling ordering information & POS systems

Duties:

• Provide service according to fine dining standards
• Apply suggestive selling and upselling techniques adapted to guests and when required
• Handling complaints and issues of guests in a professional manner
• Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Ability to perform under pressure
