We are looking for an anthusiastic candidate with the following qualification

• 2 years experience in a similar role in a Fine Dining Restaurant or a 5star Hotel.
• Hospitality Diploma prefered but not essential.
• A natural people's person, enjoys the vibe and energy of a busy Award winning Restaurant.
• Has a passion for excellent service and is willing to learn.
• A "can do" attitude and ability to work under pressure.
