Some history

With a central office located in the hub of Europe known as Brussels, Belgium, The Network was founded in 2002 by StepStone and Totaljobs.com. By the end of that year, the alliance covered 18 countries and a large share of Western and Central Europe.

The Network went global with online recruitment in 2005, providing European customers access to the world's largest economy and opening the European market to North Americans.

Growth continued when major customers presented their hiring needs, inspiring The Network alliance to find recruitment solutions in 20 additional emerging countries through strategic, client-led expansion.
