Customer Service Coordinator
The role: effective cystomer service and support to the commercial department
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or International Trade
2 years experience in commercial support or logistics duties: customer service via email or telephone calls, taking orders, drawing offers, delivery and dispatch of goods follow up, etc.
Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet) and CRM, social media management, high speed in typing
Excellent command in English and Greek, both written and oral. Good command of a 2nd foreign language, preferably German or Italian, would be an asset.
Effective communications skills, a team player willing to take initiative and focus on results.
