Development & Facility Coordinator (Fixed term contract - 12 months)

  • handle the process of the opening of new stores and the re- arrangement of the existing ones.
  • communicate with external partners and coordinate the different tasks.
  • direct cost tracking in current and new premises.
  • assist the development manager in all issues regarding the opening procedures of new stores.
  • receive requests from all stores/departments regarding the premises.
  • handle security and store building issues.
  • handle building issues in order to ensure that JYSK standards are observed.
  • are involved in administrative routines.

The suitable candidate must be a strong individual, detail oriented, who is able to work in autonomy and under pressure in order to provide the best possible results. A degree in Engineering and 3-5 year experience in facility management or construction will be highly appreciated.

The job is based in JYSK Head Office in Athens, however a quite often travelling activity (around 50%) within Greece and abroad should be expected. The suitable candidate must be fluent in English (both oral and written) and must have a valid driving license.
