ICMC started a partnership with UNICEF in Greece in order to deploy a highly qualified affiliated workforce to assist UNICEF Greece Country Office.
Scope Of Work
Under the guidance of the UNICEF Programme Officer and the Senior Consultant, the Consultant will support the undertaking of the impact assessment of the Menstrual Health and Hygiene programme in Greece to generate evidence-based insights on its effectiveness, relevance, and impact, with a particular focus on outcomes for participating parents, children, adolescents and educators/school personnel involved in the program.
Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for:
Ensuring the overall quality, rigor, and ethical integrity of the impact assessment of the Menstrual Health and Hygiene programme in Greece. Under the supervision of the UNICEF Programme Officer and in close collaboration with the UNICEF Programme Team, the Consultant will:

Phase 1: Review and Finalization of the Methodology of the Impact Assessment
Phase 2: Data Collection and Analysis
Phase 3: Reporting and Dissemination

WA 1.1 Support the organisation of qualitative and quantitative research in coordination with UNICEF and implementing partners and monitor the full data collection process (qualitative and quantitative), including monitoring data quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness, following up on missing data, and compiling and cleaning datasets to ensure consistency and readiness for analysis. –April 2026 WA 1.2 Undertake systematic analysis of qualitative data in line with the research design. – April 2026 |
