After successful 2022 season, we are incredibly excited to be re-opening COYA Mykonos in 2023, bringing the spirit of Peru to the Greek Islands, inspired by the flavors and colors of Incas heritage. We are recruiting across a number of roles including:
The open plan kitchen includes a ceviche bar offering a wide range of ceviches and tiraditos; a Josper section featuring a range of meat and fish dishes cooked in the traditional Josper oven and an open grill Robata section serving traditional Peruvian anticuchos.
