The Share service and Back of House (BOH) Assistant is responsible for ensuring the day to day back of house operations run smoothly including administration, logistic and personnel. Will work elbow to elbow with Operations coordinator in Mykonos.
Will be responsible together with the headquarter offices of finance, purchasing and RRHH of Ibiza and Mykonos.
In charge of the daily logistic of each venue.
Supervises the condition of the staff’s apartments ensuring they are kept in good conditions at all times.
The BOH assistant will be responsible for administration and coordination of all back of house requests, the activity of the maintenance team and assistance in BOH tasks for group's venues in Mykonos..
Will moreover be in charge in all logistic of parties, pop-ups and any initiative coming from the mothership.
- Great levels of customer service. Immediate, polite & targeted communication.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, with a teamwork spirit.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales
- Excellent Command of English language both written and verbal. Good knowledge of other languages will be considered as an asset.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to adjust to a demanding professional environment.
