Responsibilities:

  • Support in all areas of portfolio investment opportunities and in monitoring current portfolio investments
  • Responsible for supporting portfolio investments in accordance with Group Rules (analysis, presentations, contacts with relevant Group teams)
  • Support for specific portfolio investment projects (underwriting to closing and on boarding)
  • Responsible for supporting larger transactions, including supporting Group and Local M&A transactions
  • Liaise with Finance and support the local business planning and budget process
  • Monitor existing processes to identify problems and improvement opportunities by submitting proposals for corrective actions and/or simplifications
  • Maintain up to date view on expected performance compared to original/active forecast and to respective KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in a similar role at a Big 4 firm or Fund
  • BSc or/and MSc in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services industry and NPL market in the relevant strategic market
  • Experience in transactions including NPL portfolios
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgment calls under time pressure
  • Statistical and advanced predictive modelling is preferred
