LMW is looking for a skilled Account Manager who is fluent in English, on behalf of a global Financial Services Company specialised in the Forex Industry.

As a Customer/Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for all English-speaking clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting sales of company's products to help meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Promoting sales of company's products and closing deals to help meet revenue targets
  • Identifying customer needs and offering relevant services
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements

  • Fluent in english
  • Experience in the forex industry is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
