We are looking for a talented and passionate Channel Campaign Executive, in Greece and Cyprus, based in our offices in Agia Paraskevi. The purpose of this role is to work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing team to increase Cosmos brand awareness and drive customer engagement in Greece and Cyprus. This will involve managing the execution of digital strategy and efficient coordination of all social media channels of Cosmos retail brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of Online Communication strategies in Greece and Cyprus, in alignment with Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Manager of Cosmos.
  • Create engaging content for all digital campaigns, ensuring that the campaigns are launched on time and within available budget.
  • Organize and implement Social Media Posts (FB, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create and monitor Corporate Newsletter campaigns.
  • Assist in updating website content and building of landing pages.
  • Brief in-house team as well as external partners for content production.
  • Coordinate with partners / vendors on campaign execution.
  • Interact directly with Graphics Designers and Studio teams to create appealing content.
  • Identify and engage with local social media influencers to develop a database of key influencers.
  • Coordinate the influencer seeding process to ensure accurate, timely and efficient arrival of products.
  • Conduct weekly SoMe reports to be shared with key internal and external stakeholders to drive data driven conclusions.
  • Work closely with Go To Market, Trade Marketing, Commercial and E-com teams to ensure that digital campaigns align with company's goals.
  • Cooperate with other company's departments, i.e. HR, IT, Procurement, etc.
  • Keep up to date with latest marketing trends as well as industry's updates.
  • Participate in a big variety of media, PR, and corporate events.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience in similar role
  • Degree in Digital and Social Media Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or Business Management
  • Excellent use of English language
  • Hard skills required, i.e. Content Marketing, Marketing analytics, Project Management, Competitive research and analysis
